For orders over €29.90 (Euro twenty-nine/90), shipping within Italy is free. For lower orders, however, shipping costs must be added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of the purchase.
Usually the amount for shipping to Italy is €4.50 (Euro four/50).
For destinations in inconvenient locations or smaller islands the cost is higher, however indicated automatically when ordering.

Processing time, shipping and delivery of products
The high automation of processing, shipping and delivery procedures for the products ordered allows us to have what you have ordered arrive at your address in a very short time
Deliveries are made to the floor of the home, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory protocols for compliance with Covid-19 regulations
choosing the PayPal payment mode, the system will issue authorization to process the order as soon as it receives notification of the crediting
choosing the credit card payment mode, the system issues the authorization to process the order as soon as it receives the communication of the credit.
if the chosen products are available, the estimated time for preparation of the package, production of transport documents and invoice is indicated under the product you are ordering, usually 48 hours.
if among the chosen products someone has the wording available in more days, the entire order will be processed as soon as the product is back in stock within the indicated time. In the case of longer waiting times, or if the products you have chosen are temporarily out of stock, an e-mail will be sent and you will be able to choose whether to wait for the product, make an exchange or cancel the order, in which case you will get a full refund of what you paid
Delivery by courier
We deliver to express couriers every working day. Delivery times throughout Italy are approximately 48/72 hours at the time generally between 09.00 and 18.00 on weekdays.
If it is not possible to deliver the package to the applicant, a family member or delegate for pickup, a notice will be left with the information to agree on a new delivery date. If it is not possible to contact the courier in the time and manner stipulated in the notice, the package will go into storage at the nearest branch, where it will remain for an additional 7 (seven) days including Saturdays pending arrangements by the recipient/purchaser. In the event that the courier does not receive arrangements for delivery, the package will be returned to Uragme srl with the consequent cancellation of the order. In this case Uragme will be forced to charge the out-of-pocket expenses for shipping.
Product recall warnings
Upon receipt of the products, please check, carefully and in the common interest, that the outer packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping or other). In the event that it should find any damage, it must immediately contest them to the courier who makes the delivery, possibly rejecting the package by making a written reservation and giving notice by e-mail to HELPDESK@URAGME.IT.
By accepting the goods delivered by the courier and affixing the control reserves, you will have 7 (seven) days to claim shortages or damage due to transport.
Any hidden anomalies (e.g., thefts or shortages), should be reported in writing by e-mail (HELPDESK@URAGME.IT) within 7 (seven) days. Reports sent after this deadline cannot be considered. We remind you that every complaint should always be sent enclosing the references of the person making the complaint and the product to which the complaint refers (name, surname, address, telephone and e-mail and clear description and photo of the product)
